  3. How can I become a Masterack distributor?

    There are many qualifications required to become an authorized Masterack distributor.  To discuss any available opportunities, please contact your Masterack Regional Sales Representative.  

  4. Who do I contact for questions about a product I have purchased (ie, replacement parts, damaged parts, instructions, etc)

  5. What is the warranty policy for Masterack products?

    Masterack commercial van and pickup equipment is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date or purchase.  Factory installations, and products installed in new vehicles by an authorized Masterack installer are warranted for three (3) years or 36,000 miles.  Click here to view warranty details.
