Michael joined Masterack in October 2025, bringing over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operational leadership across the fleet, commercial vehicle, and upfitting industries. He has held key roles with GE Capital Fleet Services, Element Fleet Management, and Mercedes-Benz USA, where he led transformative initiatives that enhanced customer experience, strengthened collaboration across teams, and delivered measurable growth through data-driven strategies. At Masterack, Michael is focused on deepening customer partnerships, developing innovative go-to-market programs, and aligning sales, marketing, and operations to drive sustainable success.
Robyn McKinney
Senior Director, Client Services
Robyn joined Masterack in January 2020. With a focus on service and support, Robyn and her team are responsible for providing Masterack’s clients with world-class customer service throughout the entire sales cycle and beyond. Prior to Masterack, Robyn spent 15 years with Honeywell in various roles and has over 20 years of experience in leadership. Her customer centric outlook ensures that our clients are at the core of everything we do here at Masterack.
Louis Tatum
Vice President, Engineering
Louis joined Masterack in June 2025 with over 25 years of experience in engineering, product development, and operations. With a background in mechanical engineering, he has led teams across industries including refrigeration, sheet metal fabrication, robotics, and lab equipment. At Masterack, Louis focuses on building a strong, collaborative engineering organization that drives process improvement, product innovation, and operational efficiency. His goal is to deliver durable, high-quality solutions that create real value for customers and contribute to the company’s long-term growth.
Brandon Sellers
Director of Human Resources
Brandon joined the Masterack team in 2023, coming to us after a six-year career at Morgan Truck Body. He started as the company’s Regional Human Resources Business Partner for the southeast region and most recently served as the Training and Organizational Development Manager for the Morgan Truck enterprise. His knowledge of the JB Poindexter enterprise and experience in multiple facets of human resources serves our team well as he has ownership of all HR functions across all of our Masterack facilities. This includes leading and overseeing safety, training, onboarding, recruiting, succession planning and other employee relations or HR needs for the organization.
