As President and COO, Jon leads all Finance, Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering and Operational responsibilities at all Masterack locations. Jon joined Masterack with over 20 years in senior and executive management roles for world class organizations such as Pitney Bowes and as Chief Commercial Officer of LeasePlan USA. With vast experience in fleet management, mobility and fleet leasing, he is committed to long-term growth and the future success of Masterack.

VP of Sales & Client Relations
Heading up the Commercial Organization, Brian joined Masterack in July 2021 as the Vice President of Sales and Client Relations. Brian is responsible for cultivating relationships in order to generate and increase revenue for the organization. With over 20 years of industry experience at companies like GE Capital Fleet, LeasePlan USA and others, his innovative strategies and true industry knowledge will help lead Masterack to success.
Senior Director of Client Services
Robyn joined Masterack in January 2020 as Director of Client Services. With a focus on service and support, Robyn and her team are responsible for providing Masterack's clients with world-class customer service throughout the entire sales cycle and beyond. Prior to Masterack, Robyn spent 15 years with Honeywell in various roles and has over 20 years of experience in leadership. Her customer centric outlook ensures that our clients are at the core of everything we do here at Masterack.
VP of Finance
Originally joining Masterack as our Controller, Scott was named VP of Finance in October 2021. Scott is responsible directing and overseeing all accounting and financial activities of Masterack. Scott has over 20 years of financial management success and experience in accounting and treasury. Prior to joining Masterack, Scott worked for 14 years as a Finance Director, which then led him to the CFO role of the Fire-Retardant Additives Business Unit of Huber Engineered Materials.
VP of Engineering & Design
Wayne came to Masterack in 2019 with an impressive 30 years of new product development experience with companies like Coca-Cola, GE Appliances, Haier and more. Wayne's Engineering and Design teams are responsible for designing the most intuitive and innovative upfit solutions in the market. They are continuously working to keep Masterack's products ahead of the curve with new product development in the work truck and van upfitting arena. Streamlining engineering software tools, Wayne and his team design and engineer configurations for all Fleet, New Product and Contract Manufacturing projects.
VP of Operations
Doug joined the JBPCO family in 2010 and became Masterack's Vice President of Operations in June 2021. He served as Sr. Director of Operations for Wisconsin and Ohio at Morgan Corporation before joining the Masterack team. Prior to Morgan, Doug was the Director of Product Launch at Remy International for three years, and also served as a Plant Manager at Coupled Products for three years. Doug and his team are responsible for producing manufactured goods for our clients, from prototype to final assembly.
Senior Director of Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
With an impressive background in Quality, Marcus joined Masterack in 2021 as Director of Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement. Marcus and his team ensure that Masterack products and installations meet the highest quality standards for our clients. Safety is a high priority here at Masterack and Marcus is dedicated to ensuring a safe work environment for our teams. Utilizing Lean methodologies, the team has a strong focus on Continuous Improvement.
Director of Human Resources
Gabe joined Masterack in March of 2022 and brings with him over 20 years of Human Resource experience. He most recently served as the Site Human Resources Manager for Alpha Technologies, Inc. Before that he also served in several Human Resources Management roles at BioLab, Inc., Harris Waste Management Group, Inc., etc. The mission of the Human Resource Department is to support the goals and challenges of Masterack by providing services that promote a work environment that is characterized by fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect.
