Masterack hires new Vice President of Operations

Masterack welcomes Kevin Schlapia as its new vice president of operations. Schlapia will be responsible for all operations functions, including manufacturing and upfit across our Social Circle, Wentzville and Kansas City facilities.

Schlapia comes to Masterack with nearly 30 years of experience at sister business unit Morgan Truck Body where he held various manufacturing and operational roles – most recently serving as senior regional director of operations for the west coast. During his time in this role, he helped lead efforts to drastically improve plant productivity by implementing standard work, right sizing labor needs and managing efficiency targets.
